These terms apply to purchases from the Escalon Golf Course online store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and how we fulfil them

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email.

Please read this part, because it is how our shop works. For pro shop merchandise we generally order the item in after you buy it rather than holding it in stock. Merchandise orders are normally ready for pickup at the pro shop in 2-3 business days, and we contact you when yours is ready. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We will not substitute a different item without asking you first.

Gift cards, memberships and round packages are issued immediately and are not subject to the 2-3 day window.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We try hard to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a material pricing or description error on something you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment provider.

Pickup and shipping

In-store pickup at the pro shop is free. Shipping within the United States is a $20 flat rate; orders ship 2-3 business days after purchase and typically arrive 3-5 business days later. We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns and exchanges

Our full return policy is on the Return Policy page. In short: 30 days, items must be new and unused, returns are free in person at the pro shop, return shipping by mail is paid by the customer, and defective or incorrect items are refunded in full including return shipping.

Gift cards, memberships and packages

Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash except where California law requires it; they are non-refundable. Memberships and round packages may be cancelled unused within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, and once play has been used against them they are non-refundable. Membership rates, course access and any member benefits are as described at the time of purchase.

Course conduct and safety

Golf carries inherent risks. Use of the course, driving range, putting green and disc golf course is at your own risk, and players are expected to follow posted course rules and staff instructions.

Intellectual property

The Escalon Golf Course name, logo and site content belong to us. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Joaquin County have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
