Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery or pickup for store credit, or exchange it for another item.

Conditions: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Golf clubs must not have been hit; shoes must show no outdoor wear. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to return: In person (free) - bring your item and receipt to the Escalon Golf Course pro shop, 17051 Escalon-Bellota Rd, Escalon, CA 95320. No shipping cost, instant processing. By mail - contact us first at 209-838-1277 to arrange your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds: Returns in new condition are refunded as store credit within 5 business days of receiving the item. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are fully refunded to your original payment method, and we cover the return shipping.

Exceptions: Gift cards are non-refundable. Memberships and round packages may be canceled unused within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
